Taaleem Reports its FY 2024/25 Results

Taaleem FY 24/25 Financial Highlights

Total Revenue: EGP 1,848 mn, marking a robust 53% YoY growth.

Gross Profit: EGP 1,308 mn, up 42% YoY, with a gross profit margin of 71%.

EBITDA: EGP 941 mn, rising 40% YoY, with a margin of 51%.

Net Income: EGP 580 mn, increasing 5% YoY, with a net margin of 31%.

Cash & Cash Equivalents: EGP 276 mn, while total debt stood at EGP 2.5 bn, resulting in a net debt position of EGP 2.2 bn, in line with Taaleem’s growth and capital structure strategy.

CAPEX reached EGP 1,883 mn, driven by ongoing investments in Badya University (Phase I), Memphis University (Phase I), and the expansion of NUB’s new faculties and University Hospital.
